Aquamarine, diamond and platinum pendant

Platinum pendant in a pear shape with open filligree design.  The centre set with a 13.3mm x 10.2mm x 7.9mm deep (approx 6.54ct) oval medium blue aquamarine.  pendant is also set with seven 0.03ct to 0.04ct brilliant cut F/G, V.S diamonds.  Total diamond weight is 0.22ct.  Aquamarine weight and total diamond weight corresponds to the stamps on the back of pendant.  The pendant weight is 7.65gms.  The pendant is on a platinum fine box link necklace chain with an adjustable lenght weighing 2.1gms.
